On August 1st 7-Eleven stores will start selling their newest sugary summer drink – the Brooklyn Cyclones Slurpee. The Cyclones Slurpee beverage is a mix of Mountain Dew Blue Shock with Berry Citrus flavor - DeeLicious, and good for you too. The slurpee will come in a limited-edition collectible 32-oz cup, adorned with an image of a Cyclones player, and the team’s 2008 game schedule.
7-Eleven has never made a sports team specific cup. That's a little exciting. More exciting: the Cyclones Slurpe launch: Friday at 11a at the 7-Eleven store located on 20th Avenue between 64th and 65th streets in Brooklyn. Cyclones players and mascots will be there, and there will be contests, prizes, and giveaways too.
The first 100 people to purchase a Brooklyn Cyclones Slurpee beverage will also receive two free tickets to see the Cyclones.
