It's hard for me to refer to this item/product as either cheese or food, but it is offered as both at the Rochester Red Wings (triple-A Twins).
This particular DIY machine is located near the Red Osier which must mean it's meant to be for steak-and-cheese.
What I find most appealing about this set up is the remnant drips on the base. Delicious.
