Kosher Sports has been the exclusive Glatt Kosher provider at Shea Stadium since 2006. Their offerings feature Abeles and Heymann Provisions and Oceanside Knish Factory potato knishes. Here's the interesting part (read: somewhat unclear part): as part of the agreement, the Mets and Kosher Sports will donate 250 game tickets to Jewish Charities each year.
