ALDS: Red Sox at Angels, Tonight

Shout out to Nancy Luna who writes the Orange County Register's Fast Food Maven blog. She sent me a link to a great story about an Angels Stadium Food Investigation. And you know how I know I can trust her judgment? This line: After all, you can't go wrong with peanuts, right?

The Angels take on the Red Sox tonight in the first game of the ALDS. Need some inspiration before the game? Read Nancy's story. She wrote it with Paul Hodgins the OC Register's wine guy. Fun pairing.

While their palates are polar opposites, they are constantly on the same quest: Find great food.

So, to help fans get ready for the Angels' playoff series, the Register staff writers hit the Big A the other night to find the best stadium food. Armed with Tums and plenty of water, they tried everything from French fries to slow-cooked brisket – most of the time nibbling food samples set on trash cans.
