So...here's the Potato Chip Citi Field update...on July 10th everyone entering the ballpark will be given a bag of Wise chips, specially sealed with instructions not to open until a certain time. At that time (possibly the second inning), everyone will open their chips and take a bite (make a crunch) at the same moment thereby breaking the existing world record (which is some thousand) for Most Potato Chips Crunched at the Same Time.
If you don't already have tickets and are too cheap to buy them, from now until the game, Wise will be driving around the City in an orange van, doing promos, and giving out free tickets to the game (plus other prizes). 300 free tickets in all (2 for 150 people).
Wise says there will be plenty of people (guards?) walking around Citi Field to ensure No Pre-opening of Chips. When I know more, I will tell.
