Maybe it's because I just fact-checked a story about Celiac Disease, or maybe it's because I recently met AllergicGirl, I don't know, but suddenly Gluten is a big part of my life. Gluten, by the way, is a protein found in wheat and other cereal grains. Some people can't process it as well as other people can.
