Blue Burrito Grille is a good one because (a) it's good (b) I've actually been there so can attest to that (c) there's a location in the airport (d) the word BLUE is in their name, meaning they're rooting for Big Blue

The Arizona Cardinals will host their annual Kickoff Luncheon on Wednesday, August 29th at the University of Phoenix Stadium from 11:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Listen to head coach Ken Whisenhunt speak, And meet the 2007 Arizona Cardinals. There will also be a raffle and silent auction containing Cardinals items.
