Restaurant locations are listed on the web at www.risedine.com/locations Promotion period is October 15, 2007 thru April 6, 2008 and is open to all legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years or older with valid Ohio identification except directors, officers, employees, subcontractors and their immediate families and household members of Rise & Dine™ Restaurants and the Columbus Blue Jackets.
One winning entry will be drawn each week. Rise & Dine reserves the right to select the date of the game for which the drawing will apply.
