In case the three exclamation points didn't give it away, I'm exc!ted to announce my upcoming trip to the Twin Cities. I expect it to be not nearly as warm as it was in Fort Myers, but who cares? I have longsleeved shirts, and snowpants.
I hardly know what to expect for food in Minneapolis - a giant cherry on a giant spoon? I know DelawareNorth / Sportservice is going into the new ballpark (Target Field) but that's next season, which should mean Centerplate is still in the Twins house. Yes?
Yes. Once Centerplate loses the Twins (2010) their MLB clients are only the Giants, Mariners and stinky Rays. No Secret Stadium Sauce this season. What ever will I eat??
Eveyone freaks out about the "Dome Dog" up here, but it's really just a giant hot dog. If you get a dog, go with the Chicago Dog on the ground floor. It's pretty fantastic. Or skip the hot dogs all together and go for the Famous Dave's BBQ. I'm sorry to say that the food isn't that great at the Dome.
